Ok, now we’re going to show you how to live stream on Facebook.  It’s incredibly easy to do, it’s something you should be doing all the time, it’s really just the touch of a button, or tow or three buttons, then suddenly you’re up live to a potential audience of 1.8 billion people, so let’s take a look on how to do it.

Live streaming on Facebook using Facebook Live is only available on the mobile app right now, so if you want to go live on Facebook, you’ll need to download the app to your smartphone, from your smartphone’s app store. Once you have the app on your phone, enter your log in information, tap login, and you’ll be redirected to the app’s homepage.

At the top of that page, tap where it says “Status,” then tap on the live video icon in the lower list of options.  The app may ask you to approve use of your smartphones camera and microphone, tap OK.

You are now just about ready to go live.  Add a description and an audience for your broadcast, and then tap the “Go Live” button. A countdown will begin, and then you will be live to the world.

During your stream, you will see how many viewers and likes you have, as well as any comments on your video. Make sure not to ignore your commenters, and be sure to interact.  You can also switch between the front facing and rear facing cameras during your stream. Note: there is about a 30 second delay on your stream.

When you are done with your broadcast, just tap finish.

Your broadcast is automatically saved to your Facebook page for people to view later.  You can share or remove a post at any time, just like any other post.

You see how easy that is to do. This is something you should be doing all the time, as often as you are on Facebook, as often as you might post a video, or a still, you should go live.
